I played the drums on my own EP, released under the artist name Joppo Matikainen. Four songs, and they have more instruments than drums on them — which is why they are a different thing from the samples above.
Three takes, two revisions, one clear price
Send me the song: a rough mix or demo, a tempo map if you have one, and a short note on what you are after. A reference track helps more than adjectives. If you do not know what you want, that is an answer too — I will listen and propose something.
Once you accept the quote, you pay 50 per cent up front. Then I play the song through several times and choose the three best takes. You pick the best of them.
You get a reference mix to listen against your backing track. That is when revisions happen if any are needed: two rounds are included. Once you approve, you pay the remaining 50 per cent and receive the full-resolution files.
A revision means a new take, not a mix change. If you want the crash ten milliseconds earlier, that is quicker to solve in the mix than with a new take, and there is no charge for it.
What you receive
The home studio runs four professional microphones: kick, snare and two overheads. That is a deliberate choice: four microphones force the sound to be decided while playing. So you receive four stems. If you need separate tom tracks, those happen in the large studio.

Four songs and five songs cost the same: 4 × €165 is €660, and 5 × €165 less 20 % is also €660. If you book four, add a fifth at no charge.
Two rounds at home, the whole day in the studio
At home a revision is easy: I play a new take and send it over. Two rounds are included, and usually one is enough.
In a large studio the revisions happen during the day: we run as many takes as the day allows and settle them in the room. Once the day ends the room passes to the next booking and no new take exists without another day — so nothing is left open.
